I mean, ultimately, when a patient comes in and they want to talk about their aortic stenosis or their mitral valve disease, and specifically the TAVR in this case, they want us to be able to have equipoise to offer them the best solution for that specific condition.

patient regardless of clinical risk or anatomic risk, which oftentimes now is the driver behind the decision making about which patients should get which procedure at which age.

So that's the best way we can treat patients.
