member, how early were you in that journey?

We had probably at that time about 35 employees.

It was a regional, it was growing very quickly.

Technologically, it was kind of on the frontier, but like a lot of startups, you know, a lot of problems, a lot of growing pains, those sorts of things.

And over time, I learned how to lead, manage.

When I got dropped into the business, I didn't know how to do either of those things.

We ended up growing the company significantly, making it a national brand.
