Okay.

I suppose after I was knocked down by the lorry, my, my life took a, a, a turn really, and I, I remembered all my life before that.

And, um, it's, it's, it's-- I think it's something that turned me into what I am today because it gave me a chemical change in my brain.

I think that was the intention by my human link, because I think they're the ones that threw me in front of it.

Nice business.

Oh.

Uh, one on AI around the time of the, uh, release of GPT-4.

Um, and later on I bought the app GPT-5 to help make my movies, and, um, I made, uh, uh, I wrote one on conspiracy theories, which includes my thoughts on society and the unrest and how it was largely hype until recent times with this conflict in the Middle East and civil war in England and all of Europe and other countries.

So what do you think most people must understand about where inner peace actually leads?

Well, I could have been a very different boy.

I could have been much more isolated, withdrawn, and I was subject to segregation when I was young.

But my guiding angels, or guiding deans, as they were sometimes called, gave me an obligation.

They asked me to do things of my kind.

They said, of course, if I didn't do anything, they could sort of know what my kind.

And so I just dropped my way into sort of a potential hero.

that is such a profound refrain because they spend so much energy trying to arrange you know the awkward world into something that will finally let us feel okay inside and what you are pointing to is that peace doesn't always wait for the circumstances to improve sometimes it arrives in spite of them right so you have lead experiences that would have broken most people and sisters entirely uh i would pay that uh you know catastrophic accident institution uncertainty about how the world saw you so underneath all of that what do you think is actually keeping you anchored so what were the deeper roots that held

Do you think people misread creative exploratory lives? Like what does the world get wrong about someone who simply refuses to stop becoming?

Well, I think it's important to remember that Any great person, any great student, didn't come easily.

There were many things that deterred me from my goals in life.

And many times, therefore, I give me up a bit.

Inside of me, I felt an obligation to help people, to reach out, to guide and lead.

As the Guide for Angels said, please do something among kinds.

You can sit right there if you see nothing, but please do something.

And also, what does that version of you need most right now or like need to hear right now?

So where did you feel most yourself in that process, and where did it feel genuinely strange or new?

I can't say that it felt strange to, uh, many of the cats I was, uh, talking to all the time.

They said, "Why are you doing, doing, you know, it's child work.

Don't you think that, uh, there's better things you could do with your, with your time?" But, um, something inside me drove me to try and persevere.

And with each line, with written lines, it was a little clearer about what I had to do.

With each book, a new chapter has been closed in my life.

Each book, in e- each book I started, a new chapter had begun.

So Barry, for someone sitting with this right now, someone who had, who has a creative dream they haven't let themselves fully inhabit yet, or a version of themselves they keep almost becoming, uh, but pulling back from, what energy would you want to pass to them through this conversation?

Okay.

I can remember watching the astral-- the Earth beneath me, watching time whirl beneath me as I drifted through the astral plane.

I can remember coming towards 1977, the year of the birth of this body, and wondering when I should come down.

I came down and hovered above this baby boy.

That would be...

That was me.

That was the person I was f- to become, as I said in my film and my book.

How did your identity, how did your understanding of identity evolve through everything you went through?

Well, it started off when I was a little kid.

When I was five years old, I met the Guided Angels.

And they met me outside the school gates at my film hotel.

And they asked me to do things mankind.

They said, if you can't do anything, you can sort it all out.

And there are so many people here in your world, my world, that you can't fail.

the message behind your work, right? So what do you hope people will take away from your story and also your film?

It must have, like, been a very difficult situation, and it must have been [clears throat] a very difficult experience, I, I'd say.

Yes, it was quite difficult.

Uh, I think that, uh, before the accident, I saw it happening.

I saw the, the, the incident in my mind.

I sometimes see things before they happen.

Like, for example, I saw COVID before it happened, and, uh, the other thing that is happening before they actually happen are things like, um, my fame.

I will rise to fame, as I say in my book, and, and then that young lady on the, on the train, as I, that I mentioned before, my memory that drove me towards rehabilitation, she will become famous as well and attached to my name.

So what happened inside you that allowed that to move? Like, what did, what did you have to let go of?
