Can you talk a little bit more about that?
1:13
Yeah, I, I sure can.
1:14
So we have an interested party, Galaxy Magnesium, and we've signed a definitive agreement with them.
1:19
Um, that definitive agreement asks us to deliver over the next couple of years 62,500 tons of ore, which will generate over thirt- $30 million U.S. in, uh, gross revenue each year.
1:30
The first year we have some, uh, uh, development costs to pay for, so it'll be a, a push year.
1:36
Year two will be $30 million plus, and then we will amend our permit taking it to a higher volume, and we expect over $100 million in revenue in three-- year three of mining alone.
1:46
So given the fact that, uh, we have that definitive agreement in place, the, the offtake partner will be putting forth a, a $5 million, um, uh, pre-purchase deposit once all the final authorizations are in.
4:41
But you guys have been around since 2003, so you're making this look almost magical in your timeline, but you've been doing this for a while.
1:49
Can you tell us why magnesium is so alluring to these experts?
1:54
Well, magnesium... first and foremost, has so many applications and can be a tremendous value add to so many different products.
2:04
It's in lightweighting of commercial vehicles, consumer vehicles, and In any type of transportation vehicle, we're trying to put magnesium into it to try and reduce weight, less energy, less CO2 emissions, and turn combustion engines to even electric vehicles.
2:23
It can be used in battery chemistry, which is really exciting because it'll make batteries last longer, charge quicker, not be volatile and subject to any fires.
2:37
and less costly.
2:38
So what does that do? That allows me to put that into whatever vehicle I have for less money and more consumer adoption down the road.
2:46
Yeah, so I mean, magnesium plays a role in so many verticals as a result, and we're extremely blessed that an onshore secure supply chain of this size will be needed and in demand.
6:04
Is that correct?
