uh cherubim have a flaming sword in the garden of eden and in joshua 5 the commander of the lord's army that leads the israelites to conquer canaan has a drawn sword right so i don't know every time in the bible when an angel the drawn sword shows up it's a good angel that's sent from god so it follows the pattern i guess

I do think on the on the subject of deception and and the demonic like I've I really agree with you, Neil, and feel similarly, but also in order to not misrepresent what the what the arguments are, most most of the crowd, at least from within the Latter-day Saint movement, would would would very much agree.

And they would say, yeah, no, Joseph Smith, that didn't happen to him.

It's Brigham Young and others who make it up later.

And they attribute these things to to Joseph Smith.

And I do think this is again, why it's important to kind of get at the root of like, what is the why? What is the why behind these things? What is the why behind why other Christians and particularly evangelicals, like what they think it means to be deceived? What is the why behind why Latter-day Saints would not want to be and what they think it means to be deceived.

And it's like, okay, well, when it comes to plural marriage, for example, like what on earth would Satan even be getting at? It seems to be the case that for our, you know, non-LDS Christian friends, there is a hyper fixation on correct knowledge.
