yeah you through brownstone you advise organizations on culture um mediation change all of that stuff what do you think that organizations are getting wrong? What are like the most common misconceptions about DE&I at this point?

I think a lot of the time it was just nice to have.

I think before people really started exploring the, I wouldn't call it commercial benefits because I think psychological safety is a really important operational aspect.

So I think what they're getting wrong is the belief that one, they're not in a system that enables it.

They just believe, oh, it's just unfortunate that it's like this in our organization.

But every single organization is exactly the same.

So clearly it's a system.
