So they didn't let me after those three weeks.

But I was the first recruitment coordinator.

So started in, in talent acquisition, and was the first recruitment coordinator for EMEA and helped build that organization.

And then one of the things that was really quite pivotal to me was around the time of the recession in 2008.

So I w- I was moving up in the world of recruiting and had to make my team redundant in 2008.

Now, my role, uh, they moved me into our people op space, so I got exposed to another area of people, and then I moved into a programs area, and then finally moved into a HRVP area, which was, as it turned out, my dream role.
