pretty thrilled to just have the chance to chat partly because i'm going to expose myself as like a super fan girl i remember following your journey in new york city and then being stoked to be able to eat there in 2016 the iconic the musket room the backyard barbecue treats just felt really iconic and like such a kiwi moment and i was just kind of thrilled by that now 10 years later What was the tipping point for you guys in deciding to open your own venue again, but here in New Zealand?

Well, there was never going to be a good time.

The world is always collapsing.

There's always something happening.

But we were really fortunate to be brought back a couple of years ago.

And, you know, we've always wanted to do something.
