And owner-managed business, again, would have if they really adopted and looked after themselves and they looked after their team in the right way.

Oh, well, hugely.

I mean, for us, it really comes down to bottom line.

We are, you know, we turn over 350 million a year.

We are looking to build that to 500 in the next two years.

So for us, we are constantly looking at margins.

And there is only so much... cost of goods that we can look at.

And have you got any fears from perhaps where we are going in the world in terms of technology and what's happening out there? And if we roll forward another six years and you're on the podcast, where we may be?
