So it was really easy to start, to start fresh.

And if we look back at the time, so 2000, you know, kind of the dot-com bust.

Things were very, you know, shifting sands around dot-com businesses.

At the time, there were lots of consumer products that were being transacted wholly over the internet, but not many business ones.

So you know, it was st- there was still a lot of reluctance to have this open pipe, you know, over this magical internet that we were gonna move employee data back and forth.

So in conversations with the technology groups or technology departments, CTOs and others, around what comfort level they would have in using a new product, we took a slightly different approach.

Can you talk a little bit about what that was like and what led you to that step, why now was the right time, and, and why HG was the right partner to bring in?
