Now, I'm going to ask a two-part question, which is, what's a day in the life of a consultant, both when you started and now you all have been and are in leadership positions? So maybe describe what was it like in the first maybe five, six years of your career, and then how does that progress as you move up into the organizations? Balika, you're in a great spot right now because you're at the leadership positions.

I think that that definition has certainly changed or evolved over the years from advice and counsel to actually bring impact.
8:27
Like, you know, I mean, yes, definitely the profession started many, many years back with that intention in mind, right? Like, and serving the top of the house on the hardest problems and bringing that outside in perspective.
8:41
But also this industry has just, I would say, blossomed so much.
8:46
There's so many different kinds of consulting firms out there that often for firms like ours, who are like my firm is celebrating the 100th year this year, right? So we've been around the block.

So we also continuously evolve ourselves in terms of what is our value add to clients and it is actually delivering that outcome.
9:04
It's no longer only delivering a strategy or a council, it is actually helping you realize the outcome because quite often the hardest part is not coming up with the idea, which all of us have something called as AI now, which can help us generate an idea, but how do you actually make it happen? And how do you change your organization from where you are today to where you're going to be in the future? That's where I think a lot of our work is shifting.

So I wonder how you reflect upon it specifically.
