I'm wondering if that creates or adds to the uncertainty for our weather patterns in Nevada.

Baker PerryGUEST
Yes, that is certainly the case when we look at all the El Nino events together.

Baker PerryGUEST
In southern Nevada, there's a stronger relationship between the El Ninos and precipitation where we favor, where we see more precipitation.

Baker PerryGUEST
above normal precipitation across southern Nevada and northern Nevada, it's a bit more hit or miss.

Baker PerryGUEST
And that's because we're really in a transition zone in northern Nevada, where some years those El Nino enhanced storm tracks and storms do have impacts across northern part of the states, but other years, they don't.

Baker PerryGUEST
But when we look at the very strong El Nino events, which this year is shaping up to be, the odds do tend to favor more precipitation across northern Nevada and certainly across southern Nevada
