And that was so true, and I think that's continued to build and be a huge theme in our, in our marriage.

And I really needed to know that I could trust somebody with my big emotions because I had have had experiences, um, romantically where that was not the case, and, and pretty recently too.

So you know, I, I think we all, but I feel this very deeply, like want to be understood and deeply known and deeply valued.

And so I, I feel like I have to be very transparent with my emotions across the gamut, good, bad, and ugly.

Like we would talk about it and I would say, I would call him and say, "I'm having a really hard day," and he would say, "Is that something you wanna talk about right now? Like how do you want me to show up for you?" 'Cause he was still learning.
