what when you say scrappy what is that

well um Look, right before Spotify, and I was in tech as well, I was in Monster, but this is monster.com, like, you know, the big HR tech company before LinkedIn.

And so as Monster started going downstream or, you know, downhill, the Spotify conversation popped up and I was like...

Because of all this scrappiness, if the monster thing had been going good, I'm not sure if I had, you know, jumped and just believed in the vision of the company because things were going.

I was like, okay, there's a lot of scrappiness, again, to use this word here.

And so I did because, you know, it seemed like, okay, I can take risks because things are not great with LinkedIn taking over, right? Yeah.

and this tech space and so for instance okay um day one we'd love for you to come to i can't remember if it was new york or stockholm um great uh awesome should i buy a ticket do you like do you buy it for me like uh oh yeah uh buy the ticket and then you know we'll reimburse it um and then yeah we'll we'll have yeah we'll arrange things for you and then i you know land and uh no one's there, trying to call someone.

But just to prime the juices for the people listening, we have a lot of people listening to this who are just trying to build great businesses or trying to do it with their catholic faith and and weave that in um what are some other things you might just prime the pump with in terms of a go-to-market toolkit what are a couple other things that we should be thinking about we're going to market with something new or trying to enter as an you know as an existing uh to upseat an existing incumbent what's yeah
