But before we talk about the alignment, I'd love to ask Ms. Baloud why she wanted to talk about this.

Hello, Ren.
21:44
First of all, thank you so much for your lovely support.
21:49
I want to begin that...
21:52
In my last year in psychology, I've realized how much there is still stigma around mental health in Lebanon.
22:02
I know that we've seen improvements through the years, but through my internships and day-to-day life, I've realized how much the stigma is still a... a growing topic in lebanon so through this podcast i wanted to break this break the ice like this like we say with our community and with the listeners About mental health, my idea was to, like such as the film Inside Out, I wanted to address as many mental health issues as I can.
22:47
common to our society and also not so common to actually get people a little familiar with terms and subjects around it because it's okay to not be okay as much as it's cliche to hear and by this we can actually have psychoeducation to this podcast and and yes spread awareness about it and let people be comfortable with talking through talking about mental health and let it be a normal topic like going to the doctor by example you can go to the therapist and get yourself checked and not be a taboo in our community Yeah.
25:56
So it all comes together beautifully.
