So it's funny that you came up with this topic because, you know, everyone, if you've done this job for any length of time, you kind of go through stages.

Like around three to five years, a lot of people hit that kind of burnout stage where – you know, they're just dragging at the department.

And everybody's going to hit a stage too, where it becomes kind of all consuming and it eats up your life.
