How would you describe your leadership

style? I feel like on the grass, I'm a more vocal leader, but outside of those white lines, I just lead by example.

Most people, if you get around me, you know what my energy is, you know what I'm trying to do.

So it's either you're going to get in or you're going to do what you do, but I feel like I set a great example.

What do you feel like it taught you not being able to play, being on the sidelines, watching the game from there, but not being able to play the game? What do you feel like that taught you?

It really taught me to open up and pour into others more.

Cuz me not being able to be on the grass, but me still being able to affect the game from pouring into other people and showing them what I see and telling them how I would play it and telling them how I would feel in that moment.

So I feel like that was the best, building emotional connections with my teammates.
