So our oldest daughter was born with a really rare genetic mutation that has left her pretty, um, significantly cognitively and, um, physically delayed.

We can't just live in the grief forever, and so we have to find a way to, to get through it, and the easiest way to do that, I mean, it's, like, clinically proven that when you sit down and think about what you're grateful for and you list it out and you remind yourself of all the good things that you have, it, it does a lot for your, for your mental health and for your psyche and for just your outlook on life in general.
