So can you break down the four triggers that tell you when a business is stuck and what that looks like from a fractional COO point of view? How can you tell when a business is actually still breathing but not growing?

Yeah, that's a great question.

And so I wanna be transparent and say, I never know from the outside, right? Oftentimes the public image of a company is very different than the inner workings and that underbelly that you see.

So I tend to come into a company or be asked to come into a company once the problems have surfaced and are pretty obvious.

So I wanna give a two-prong answer because I've built my own business and I've sat alongside friends and colleagues who are building their own business And I've been able to identify when the track is getting off in the wrong direction and things are headed towards chaos.

And I've also been able to identify very quickly when I get dropped in and see chaos firsthand.

So let's talk firsthand, because I think that's what what people will primarily care about at this point, simply because a lot of people feel like the roof is on fire and they don't know what to do and how to put it out.
