But I think for me, it's just the fact that mental health doesn't pick and choose.

You know, it can happen to anyone and For me, it's having that awareness and allowing young people to know that there's resources out there, there's places where they can go to get advice, to get help, and they're not alone.

Because unfortunately, you know, it's a pretty disastrous statistic still that, you know, between 18 and 35, it's a huge cause of suicide in our young people, and I think one's too many mates.
