So, um, w- labor, how you doing there? You, you staffed up?

I am just very lucky in that, uh, I have a great, I have a great team.

Both, uh, both restaurants and the hotel, we have really, really good people that work for us.

And, uh, I think, you know, that's, that's, you know, maybe a kind of a culture thing, too.

But, um, w- we're, we're lucky in that-

I, uh, so the most recent thing that we've done is that we, uh, we did a, like a kinda chef consulting thing where we helped build a menu and train a staff over in, uh, Pascagoula.

So, um, Chandelier expanded over there, the, uh, brewery from Gulfport.

And the White Pillars... uh it's a comeback story like parkway i mean parkway was closed for like 10 15 years before we opened it up how long was the white pillars as a restaurant was closed before you took it over like 30 years or something like that

yeah almost almost 30 years so yeah it was the house built in 1905 and then it was converted into a restaurant in 1969 it was open until 1989 and then it closed uh in 89 my wife and i reopened it in 2017 so almost 30 years uh bringing back a little piece of history and uh even bigger piece of history for you is it what was your great great grandmother was born in this house

So, look, how can people go to the White Pillars just so they want a reservation to go enjoy that good food you have there?
