Melissa OholendtGUEST

And, you know, right now there's so much that goes into an image, and there are so many people who are relying on that image to sustain their careers.

So we're thinking about it from, you know, a design firm perspective, and then there's a photographer who's leveraging that image.

I asked for three options," or, "I asked for one option, and maybe now I want a few more, and what does that look like?" So I really love the hourly model because it does empower them to really guide how much of their budget they want to invest in the design side of their project.
A

And we do have some projects that are flat fee, only because those clients knew going into it that they were not comfortable with an hourly model.

What is that, especially as someone who comes from, you know, with an advertising background, why was it so important to you to have a marketing team pretty early? And what is their role as sort of a messaging department, as a generator of new business?
