So from your experience running hotels, what, what kind of advice would you give them?
16:10
Well, I think first off, I think they're doing it right where it should have more of a hospitality angle.
16:14
B- and because a lot of times with office these days is the leases some, can sometimes be shorter than they, they used to traditionally.
16:21
People are, like, looking to move or grow or have, or, uh, be able to have flexibility and growth.
16:27
But, like, I think in terms of thinking about amenity and amenity packages and, you know, really people still work from home.
16:35
And so, like, to, to get people to get back into the office, to be happy to be in the office, that makes a lot of sense.
16:41
I think where they get it wrong is, um, not being, like, going back to your original question on the design.
18:39

Is what makes each one of your hotels a boutique hotel in that it has its own identity, but there's a uniform experience that you're gonna get? Or is it something, is there like a Bridgeton special sauce that you created
8:03
So I wouldn't say there's a Bridgeton secret sauce.
8:06
I think what they're meant to be is a stand on their own.

And frankly, I'd probably make a lot more money just building a bunch of Hiltons around because the really thoughtful process around all of this is creating a soul.
8:21
And we create a soul...
8:23
You know, we create a soul because we kind of do a very deep dive.
8:28
Most of the time with my creative director, Whitney Clark, we kind of sit back down and say, hey, we want to do an interesting project in this location.
