So kind of going into – you have really – it makes sense why you liked working for the tourism board and that now you're doing something that promotes – promotes your home and your culture in such a beautiful way and as we there's a lot of ways we can go into that and what i think talk about the the social media aspect earlier but i do want to ask and i know kenny has brought this up to me before like you know that like you just demonstrated you know uh service with food service it's it's an art truly in europe it's not like we do here where you just hire broke actors in la and uh but but still i you know you that was the family business and did you ever as a kid were you open to going into the family business and baking or were you like i am not doing this

oh my gosh i mean in the beginning when you're very little You want to help them do all the things.

But my parents were more of the like, you know, don't touch this.

Don't touch that inside the bakery, in the pastry shop.

Like we're actually, the things are done.

They're like, then they made me work like really labor.

Uh, with all the blood, sweat and blood, sweat and tears, uh, in the cafe, uh, I had to like, I was on duty, you know, it was just normal when you're the kid of a small business owner, you have to work.

And what was that like for you?
