What has that process been like, and do you feel like it'll keep evolving, or do you feel, like, pretty set with what you know and what you feed him?

Yeah.

I, um, I've really learned a lot, and it's been really great.

I, um, I studied humanities.

I studied editing.

I didn't do anything in the nutrition space.

This has all just been kind of self-learning and, um, just exploration at this point.

Like, how do you handle all that?

car.

Another officer arrived and pulled up a taser and said, you know, stop resisting.

The first tase, it was a shock.

And people were like, why would they do this? And after the first tase, when he got tased several more times, that's when people erupted.

In Young's video of the incident, you can hear officers yelling at the onlookers to keep moving.

The next thing that happened is he stopped moving and he stopped, I mean, he was convulsing during the tase.

And then after the tase stopped, he just kind of lied there.

I think I witnessed someone being murdered.

Right.

I was thinking, "Oh God, they're gonna be massive.

They're gonna be, uh, big boys against me." But I just had it in me that...

I think I've had it for life.

If people say to me, "You can't do this," I'm like, "Watch me do it 10 times better." And I think from that day, the next day I remember going to play against Millwall, and we won.

I scored two headers.

So when they said I was too small, I don't know how the hell it was happening.

But it's the challenge that you now have in front of you.

What, what do you remember about that?

Um, I remember thinking, "What are we doing? What, what are we doing?" Um, and it was, there was, there was so many...

There was another moment when we'd, um...

Well, it was, it was later on, but, um, you know, there, like I say, there was different moments which I, I can recall.

Uh, but one that really stands out for me, which at the time I was thinking, "Why are we doing this?" We went down to Millennium Stadium days before the final.

And literally we were all in tracksuits, all in our tracksu- and we went to Millennium Stadium.

And [laughs] if you're going down the M25 on, on a day, it doesn't matter what day you go, there's traffic.

Can you talk us through the celebrations afterwards, both on the pitch and, and I, I believe there was a party afterwards in Cardiff as well?

But the, the kind of, uh, the, the, the gut punch had kind of really held them back and, and all of a sudden it's 3-0 going into the second leg at home, and you're like, "Wow." So, that, that first leg was, was a, was a real pivotal moment.

Both teams were trying to work each other out, just trying to suss each other out.

And, um, like I say, it was a, was a cagey affair.

And I just remember at halftime just everyone talking of, just basically just saying, "Listen, we've, we've come here.

We're away.

We're at home in the next leg.

Like, let's have a go.

And I think that that's exactly what happened.

It couldn't, it couldn't have gone better for them tonight.

No, that's exactly it.

And do you know what? I'm, I'm st- sitting here now just...

I'm so proud of, for Ginny, for him.

It...

Picking up that trophy for what he's done for that club, for what he gives to that club, it is just phenomenal day in, day out.

He is literally Mr. Aston Villa, and it's just so good to see him lift the trophy.

Mm.
