of that area 1980s going into the 1990s had that now people say that is a vintage classic car
4:47
yeah so look there are technical terms for a classic car which insurance companies and some other organizations would deem as 25 years old or older personally that doesn't work in the collector car market because you're not going to say a 1998 daewoo is going to be worth tons of money later on So I look at a few factors, which would be, obviously, is it technically or historically significant? Did it have something special when it came out? Was it unique? Was it groundbreaking at the time? Is it attractive to look at? Is it a big one? So is it stylish? Is it going to catch your eye as it drives past? And obviously, is it fun to drive? It needs to be engaging.
5:26
And that fun to drive doesn't always mean fast.
5:29
I mean, the VW Kombi is not fast, but it's a lot of fun to drive.
5:33
So those factors for me are what would ideally make what a classic car would be, what an iconic car would be.
5:41
pricing is of course subjective that's what we started this conversation with if you're willing if you want it you would can you have the money or pay for it but in terms of value for money and this is ashley thompson's opinion 1.8 million rand for this 1990 bmw 3 series something you would pay and secondly will the sky eventually get snapped up
6:06
Well, I think it will get snapped up for what it goes for at the end of the day.
6:08
I couldn't tell you.

A late night?
12:45
It was, but look, it was ...
12:46
it wasn't too exciting either.
12:48
We're kinda holding ourselves off now until we came home, so hopefully in the next few days we'll have, do know, a wonderful time.

12:58
You've given us a lift.
13:00
Absolutely, do you know? It's very hard to see other teams not succeed, but look, maybe our success might give other teams hope, and that's all we're trying to do, is just build.
26:39
Did you poll everybody to say, "What do we wanna work on next?" What, what, what was that organic transformation?
26:46
Yeah.
26:46
So we started...
26:48
And so we, like I mentioned before, we have our daily huddles, right? So I pitched the idea kind of volun-told [laughs] everyone that this is what we're gonna do, but, like, if you hate it, let me know.
26:58
Like, I'm very much a, like, you can tell me if you think this is a bad idea, and we'll figure something out.
27:03
Maybe we'll figure it out together, but we'll figure something else out.
27:06
So we start with the time cards, and then I was like, "Okay, let me talk to my director, my boss, and see, 'Okay, what, what is something that you wanna see improved?'" So then I took that, I went back to the team, we talked about that.
29:08
How have you worked that in, and have you seen any transformation of your team members, like, really, uh, like, taking root in the sterile processing industry as a result of those initiatives?
