So my point, a question for you kind of focusing on your career is, was there a moment in your career where you realized being technically strong wasn't enough to progress any further?

Yes.

You get to a point where having the right information, having the right answer is not necessarily getting the result that you want.

And so then you realize, well, okay, maybe I'm not communicating this as effectively as I can.

Maybe I'm not engaging effectively.

in the right way or as effectively with the folks around me.

Maybe I'm not doing my homework ahead of time to gauge the responses or maybe I need to think more about the audience and what they are looking to take away from that conversation.

So from your experience, what are the biggest differences between working with regulators across, let's say the US and the FDA to APAC?
