So I'd be really curious for you, you know, when you think about like, what is scrupulosity? What is OCD? Maybe we'll just start there.
15:23
Yeah, absolutely.
15:25
So OCD, right, is when I have obsessions and obsessions can be in the form of thoughts or urges or images, often unwanted, that I feel won't leave my mind.
15:39
And in order to neutralize those thoughts, images, urges, or make them go away, I will do a compulsion, right? And I'm not saying I, just me, but any person that has it, right? Like, only me, I am OCD, no.
15:56
Right.
15:56
But but one will do a compulsion and it provides temporary relief, which is why it is so hard to break the cycle.
16:05
Right.

So obsessive compulsive disorder, right? And so a lot of times when we hear OCD, right, we think of people that maybe have a lot of fear of germs or need things in a particular order, and those certainly can be, um, types of, of OCD that we see.
29:05
There's many, many types of OCD, but right, we see that cycle.
29:09
We see this, "I have this obsession.
29:11
Do I have germs on my hands? I have anxiety.
29:14
I better do this particular ritual to get clean again.
29:17
I feel better for a minute.
