What are the possibilities with this project, with the Manchester United Foundation in mind?

Well, it's incredibly exciting.

I think when you start talking about a new football stadium, biggest in UK, and all the things that that can bring for the, for the grass and, and the players and, and our fans, for us as a foundation and, and the, the club, it's really around what that responsibility looks like 365 days of the year.

So for me to be able to come in at the point of master planning and really be involved in developing what that opportunity means is really, really exciting.

I know that word's getting used a lot, but it is genuinely really exciting.

I think for us, when you start talking about 15,000 new houses, that's a whole new community, and that community should be red.

So we've got to think about how we support now moving forward and develop those education, those community opportunities using new facilities that can be really inspiring for the future.

When the target is now to gain one of those 48,000 jobs, does that make your job easier, harder, more exciting?
