I mean, we can wax poetic about branding forever because we're nerdy and we love it, right? But the simplest way that I can put it is what, what your, your practice is associated with, what feelings are they associ- is- does it bring up? And that any touchpoint with the patient experience will inform your brand whether you do it on purpose or not.
7:56
So people before they even decide to be your patient, they're being informed by your brand about how easy it is to make that appointment, about who they spoke to on the phone and how they were spoken to, how easy it was to pay, how, [laughs] how easy it was to park at your office, how easy it was to, um...
8:19
Or w- were they greeted in the right way when they got there? Now, these are all things that happen before they even see the doctor.
8:28
Because a lot of a practice's brand is the doctor and how they interact with the patient, and that's usually the most memorable.
8:37
But most of the doctors that I know do that very, very well, but they discount everything else around them.
8:46
And I like to put it this way.
13:42
Mm.
12:37
So after the logo and the website are done, how do you guide physicians to navigate all the different options they have available to them when it comes to being online?
12:47
That's a really good question because a lot of the time you are strapped for cash at that point.
12:52
And there is an order of importance of how to allocate your resources and what would be a not good use of your cash.
13:02
So we prioritize a website and then we prioritize getting found locally.
13:09
Then we prioritize networking.
13:12
I'm really bullish on networking, being found within your sphere there, that your name becomes common in a way that means something to your community.
13:26
Now, that looks different from community to community.
16:19
Give us two sides of that coin.
