Why is that?
18:31
Well, we find Mount Dratt is, it's so strategically located.
18:35
You're at, like, immediate access onto the M6, the M7, the M8, M9 motorways.
18:41
Like, you know, it's right at the heart of the infrastructure, I suppose, in terms of being able to enable quick deliveries to our customers.
18:50
percent that this business generates is plowed back into developing and further enhancing the capacity.
18:56
But Mount Dratt and Leash, I suppose, in terms of its proximity to the areas that we need to supply into, it's ideal.
19:04
Now, having said that, with all of our other facilities, we're also expanding capacity there.
24:01
So what's the secret sauce there?
16:38
What do you think is the difference between someone who maybe doesn't have access to that versus what you've been able to tap into since you've been on the journey actively now teaching this message to other people?
16:48
It's great that you bring up those points, Richard, because it really comes down to that when you say proximity influence, if I want to condense my learning and knowledge transfer into the shortest possible time that I can, How am I going to do that? Well, I'm going to tap into resources and experience that's already in the industry and for people that are already doing it.
17:13
So if you're not in a team environment, if you're not part of a team, it's going to be more difficult for you to condense that learning timeframe and get to a higher level sooner.
17:28
So I would say that once again, it comes back down to those relationships.
17:33
There are people in this community of advisors and practitioners that are more than willing to take time to have a conversation with you.
17:43
They are more than willing to pass on the knowledge that they have.
17:48
You just have to ask.

15 MINS LATER

32:47
So I'm curious, and you can attest, I haven't, I haven't asked you this question in terms of particulars, but what, so what have you learned from being coached personally inside Ascendant Financial? And what excites you most now about mentoring newer advisors?
