When did the idea of starting your own business to begin with and the idea of entrepreneurship come in? Was that something sort of always a goal of yours or were there some experiences sort of sparked you into that? And then why the AAC industry? Why did that become the focus? What were some of the experiences that maybe led you to that?

Yeah, that's actually a really good question.

So I said when I was like 21, 22, I started working at a law firm that I was going to become a lawyer.

And I was working with a lot of individuals and businesses that had to file bankruptcy, unfortunately.

So I was there on their worst days.

And because of that experience, I kind of thought maybe I didn't want to ever become an entrepreneur and I wanted to just become a lawyer.

Yeah.

What does a successful engagement look like for you? Is there a typical level of outcomes predefined up front that you guys can measure to see that you delivered it? At the end of the day, what do the engagements where you and your team walk away happy and the customer walks away happy, what do those look like?
