What, like, sparked you to really get into strength training? Was it learning more about bone mineral density and kind of, like, the effect it has as we get older, or was it maybe going to a class or, or trying an app and you're like, "I really like how this feels"? What was that turning point for you?
23:25
I honestly, there were a couple of turning points.
23:28
I have seen, unfortunately, my parents and grandparents who live back in India have really bad knees, and they, they have trouble walking, and it's just, they, they're very restricted in the things they can do.

And I feel really sad because we have ways that we can avoid that from happening.

Obviously, you can't control everything in life, but you can do things that can make you live a better life when you're older.
23:58
So slowly, that has really changed my brain into, you have to get stronger.

You have to maintain your bone density.

Like, they may see it in certain posts, but I don't know if a lot of us have done, like, a deep dive on what it entails.
