Yeah, than the people.

So that was one point in time when, uh, I thought it was really, uh, bad.
8:04
And I think the motivation, uh, came from a lot of mistakes also that the city did.
8:09
So pre-before this, we already had a bus rapid transit system in place that was executed around two thousand and ten, and there were a lot of mistakes that were done in terms of the design and the planning of that particular project which, uh, and because of which it failed severely in both the cities of Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
8:26
And eventually, there was a realization that there is something wrong, and then a lot of consultants and a lot of experts joined together, and they kept, uh, looking at what the mistakes were, and they came up with something called the Urban Streetscape Program for the city.
8:40
A-and through that, basically, there was, uh, something that, uh, the city initiated, which is called the Urban Streetscape Program.
9:34
What was the thinking behind this fifteen-minute city concept in an Indian context, and what was the reaction?
