Mm.
23:07
And I, I, I would contend that the map is not the territory and that we lose something of the richness of experience when we try to overlay through an augmented mixed reality or whatever type of, uh, layering of information on top of it 'cause then we confuse what's there for how it's labeled in some way.
23:27
At the same time, the labeling of it also opens up certain new rich dimensions.
23:31
So I just think that you always have to have point counterpoint.
23:35
Like, to the degree that you're gonna, uh, use those modes, then you also have to make sure that you exercise your ability to go out without that type of, uh, layering of your experience as well and see what it's like.
23:52
Just like today, most people don't drive anywhere without a GPS navigation, and so the sort of serendipity or providential discovery of, like, a cool town that you would have never driven for- through but you were lost Doesn't happen 'cause you just go efficiently from A to B, and most people don't remember the journey in between 'cause they're kind of on autopilot themselves.
24:13
And with their driverless, uh, vehicles, they really will be on autopilot, not tuned into, like, the journey.
25:40
If we were to end the conversation now, Asher, I'm curious, what would you still be curious about?
