And Kyler is asking, "For a company that still runs incident response over email and chat, what is the smallest first step you'd take to move them towards an out-of-band command center without disrupting everything all at once?"
52:20
Well, Kyler, I think that's a, that's an insightful question because I think we see that, you know, we have about three thousand plus customer organizations, and I'd say that there's a maturity model that we see with organizations.
52:30
They always start small.
52:32
Uh, and the first step that you can do is just get it out of email and your existing, you know, whether it is your chat or messaging or whatnot.
52:41
Because, um, you know, we've looked at, you know, we run about fifty new major incidents a week on the platform.
52:47
That's thousands a year.
52:49
And the common theme across all of them is the first thing that the threat actor or the threat actor's agent does is go after your email.

Let's see, this is from Sandy, who's in Birmingham, England, and Sandy is asking, "As more AI is used in your platform, how do you reassure customers that your AI is trained on anonymized incident data and not learning from their specific crisis details?"
8:07
And I think for a lot of listeners, they might be wondering, you know, is this a solution for the size organization that I'm running? Can you give us an example of the types of organizations that are using the solution and seeing the most benefit from it?
8:26
Yeah, no, actually, we see this to be fairly cross-industry.
8:30
Right.
8:30
I mean, so we have everything from financial services to health care to retail, telecom, manufacturing and technology companies and so forth.
8:37
We also see this across countries.
8:39
Right.
8:39
We're in 71 countries globally now.

And I think probably a helpful example can, you know, maybe not talking about a specific client, obviously, but can you kind of walk us through an incident and what it looks like on the Cygnus solution versus an organization not on the Cygnus solution and how things may compare and contrast?
