So Arthur, I don't know if you want to comment on the role, where are innate lymphocytes fitting into some of these more conserved processes?
15:05
The one thing that I wanted to add is that it's, I mean, talk about barrier, it's not just one barrier.
15:11
Our body said, Every opening has a different type of barrier with different physiological properties and roles, right? So that, I guess, makes it very heterogeneous itself and not generalizable, which also means that within these tissues, you need to have specialized cells that support those specific functions, right? In the lung, you would want to maintain a different type of epithelial cell, a different type of tightness, a different type of exchange with the environment.
15:42
But this means you have sentinel cells and regulatory cells that guide what is able to be recognized and what's simply ignored because it's never going to be there.
15:53
We have that type of specialization, I think, in ILCs because they are localized at issue sites.
16:03
The features and the phenotypes they have are more catered to support specialized functions that are either enriched in the guts or the lung or the skin.
16:15
Or, you know, your genital tract, for example, have different types of ILC supporting functions right there.
18:52
It's kind of like...
