We got to start hiring some people.

It took me a while to actually... there's always a part of you that thinks that it could stop tomorrow you know you had a good project and then the next one it doesn't work out or you don't get the new business email or something and then all of a sudden you go from eight people back to two and i absolutely didn't want to do that and i know our founders totally agree with this so we took our time trying to get a little bit more clients under our wing and understanding if there was something real because is Cotonou going to be five people or is it going to be 60 people? And so I think you almost have to figure it out as you go.

It took a long time to actually realize that we can make this a real thing, I would say, after a good year of struggling and figuring this out.
23:07
having really good clients, but always thinking, can I be a real thing? So maybe when we moved to our old office in Brooklyn, so we did two smaller offices in WeWork.
23:22
So it went from two people to six and then somewhere that could have like 12.
23:27
At that time, we were around six or seven full-timers.
23:30
And then we decided to not take a risk, but to be a bit ambitious thinking, okay, we need to move to our own space.
26:27
And so what was the, uh, sort of the impetus in that sort of project? Uh, how did they come to you guys? What were they looking for? Sort of, what was the, what was the brief?
