What have you made of just Bailey and the experience with him over the first year, and, and what are you guys expecting out of him in year number two? Are you expecting an even bigger jump forward, even with Peterson now in the fold probably as your franchise guy?

Yeah, you know, um, Trey Johnson and, and Ace Bailey together, it's, it's a really unique situation, 'cause last year both teams fell in the lottery and, you know, were super bummed out.

We take both of those guys, and we're kinda hoping that they become that franchise player, like they really pop off and just show that they can be that guy.

And now that both teams jumped up in the lottery and got AJ Dybantsa and Darren Peterson, the pressure is off of both of those guys a lot to me.

So I feel like they don't have to have that pressure of being the guy, of being the number one guy.

They can just kinda play off of those guys, play off ball a little bit and just do what's best, do what they're doing best.

Both guys can knock down open shots.

Both of these guys in Utah and DC have really nice players around them.

Is that a possibility? Are there rumors of that possibly happening?

Um, you know, that's been the popular trade offer that's been thrown out there as soon as, you know, Washington won the lottery and the, the Jazz were picking two.

Unfortunately, the Jazz do think very highly of Ace Bailey.

I do not believe they would, uh, you know, in- keep him in the deal or, or have him on the table in a deal to move up to one.

I do think if the Jazz, uh, did, you know, very, uh, highly value AJ Debansah and wanted to secure him at number one, I do think there would be a deal to be made where, you know, Washington could pick up, uh, you know, an extra first-round pick and, you know, the Jazz have a couple of guys, young guys that they've drafted over the past years.

You got Isaiah Collier, Kyle Filipowski, Bryce Sensabaugh, Cody Williams.

If Washington really liked one of those guys and wanted to pick up an extra first to move down just one spot, I do think there's, there would be a deal to be made there.

Is there any shot it's anybody but Peterson once Debansah goes number one to the Wizards?

How do you see the fits, Art, when it comes to AJ in Washington and Darren in Utah?

Yeah.

So AJ in Washington, um, I, I think he's a little bit of a cleaner fit currently because he does...

You're not gonna make a draft decision based on Trey Johnson, but he does play shooting guard.

You have Trae Young there.

So the minutes there are, are gonna be a little bit harder.

Like, where do you, where do you see all this going?

Oh, for sure.

Um, defending-wise, he's...

Whether you think him or Kingston's better, it's, it's up to debate.

I'm not gonna be mad either way.

But, um, he's at least the top two defender out of the guys that we've mentioned.

And, um, the big thing with him is I, I totally understand it's not flashy.

Uh, he doesn't have the offensive upside of Keegan Wadler or Michael Brown Jr., Darius Acuff.

Um, I guess the question with him is why isn't he being talked about higher? Is it just his age? Is there other concerns with him? Art, I'll start with you.
