So if you look at this from the outside and the software looks simple, what are the things that's under the bonnet that, you know, or that's underneath that, you know, the user or the advisors don't always see to get it to be that?
28:13
top of mind immediately is absolutely um security and your actual database structure so that's something that i think takes a developer a developing team like 50 of their worry and time and is what actually keeps them up at night but people will never notice it unless um something really bad happens but that's developers jobs to actually make sure that it won't happen So security is like one of the major concerns these days.
28:43
I mean, some hackers can literally use an AI agent to actually try and find vulnerabilities in another system.
28:51
So you really have to be on top of your game and also in terms of security you need to have like the um cleanest simplest security rules that you can have um so that you can actually on one look logically see if it's going to be secure or not um you can't have like this insane back end that's like having a thousand security rules to actually protect your data so just simplifying your entire security approach as a business and as a developer is key and then secondly I think like Johan said, like the design choices that has gone into developing a software that the end user finally sees is a major process in a company.
29:36
You can't actually implement everything and you definitely can't have the software be everything.
29:43
For example, in China, there's obviously a few softwares that are literally the go-to software for everything.
29:50
But that's not the correct way to actually build software in the Western world.
30:39
um so i want to ask you just a quick other question around around ai in inside of advice also i've held since the very beginning that i think the most value will be unlocked not by a separate ai tool or a separate ai system but by ai inside of the tools that you already use and on the data that you already have Which is obviously something that how you've designed Clio Dash, but where does AI really like truly help advisors inside of the software and where should advisors probably be careful of that?
