We wanted to really work with AI and we wanted to really work with real people and bring as many people together from our office as possible both topics like AI and negotiation is just a perfect combination because as Daniel said negotiation is really something every lawyer does every day and it's at the same time fundamentally human so there's a lot of discussions about will AI replace lawyers but we just wanted to turn this around and ask how can ai help us and something which is fundamentally human to become better and negotiation is communication empathy strategy and interaction and so this was just the perfect setup to bring people into one room for a whole day and we wanted to have enough time to experiment and to come up with with ideas build something and also fail with an idea come back to it improve it and then working together as a team and that really needs time and takes time um and at the same time we also wanted to create um the opportunity for people to have some fun together and this also needs and takes some time but it was a pretty good investment and we're really happy that we did that so so i
