I'm just curious, where did this all start? Are you like, what, like, did you see this as a problem? Were you trying to get credit yourself and it was a shit show or where did, where did this all begin?
4:02
Yeah, great question.
4:02
So all the way back in 2005, I was trying to get out of my day job and get into real estate investing.
4:10
And I was able to purchase the property, but I was unable to move forward on further real estate endeavors simply because once I had one loan, it was like, that was it.
4:21
That was like all I could get.
4:22
And I didn't really qualify for much.
4:24
So I started working together with a friend of mine.

Is there anything that I didn't ask? Anything else to share?
12:27
out there
12:28
that speak to their clients about the 0% introductory credit cards.
12:34
And the companies that they're promoting, the credit stacking companies that are similar to Fund and Grow, the companies that they're promoting are, in many cases, as I've reviewed them, wildly noncompliant.
12:46
And let me explain some of the things that they're doing.
12:48
So when you see a business credit card stacking company that applies for 0% introductory cards, and they are not disclosing that these cards are 0% for 12 to 18 months, Then what the FTC says they're doing is bait and switch that it's not clear and conspicuous that these are introductory credit cards, that these cards are not because they'll say zero percent funding.
13:15
You guys have probably seen on Instagram zero percent funding, but they're not saying that these are introductory cards.
13:22
Then they're also not saying that these are business credit cards.
17:36
Yeah.
7:31
So Fund and Grow, to this day, in a nutshell, is essentially a service where you educate people and actually offer the service where you will go out and find these zero percent interest business credit cards for people? What is the whole shebang that Fund and Grow does?
7:47
We take a client, and we look at their profile.
7:51
We determine what are the best cards to go after.
7:53
Now, sometimes their profile might need some balancing to prepare them for the business credit card applications.
8:00
Then we apply for business credit cards for them.
8:02
We actually do that work for them.
8:04
We target cards that have a zero percent introductory period of time for six to eighteen months.

47:43
Does it ever happen where people apply for this through Fund&Grow, they pay the fee for your services, and they can't get any business lines of credit? And if so, like, why would that happen?
32:56
What do you see cool hacks with this program in the real estate space?
33:01
So I see we work together with a lot of what we call affiliates, which is essentially different educators and teachers.
33:09
And what we've found is that entrepreneurs being able to get access to this funding moves their deals forward faster than they ever thought possible.
33:18
They thought that they were going to have to collect a whole bunch of cash first, that they weren't going to qualify for the larger loans.
33:25
But suddenly when they have cash on hand, when they are able to put skin in the game that's not based on a DSCR loan or on a mortgage or on a business line of credit, but they can actually get this easy funding that comes in really quickly, very accessible, that is just able to spur a lot of business that wouldn't be happening otherwise.
33:44
And many times the coaches have to kind of break down to the students, this is how a credit card can help you.
33:50
Most people aren't thinking in terms of credit cards.

42:57
Is there a process to that? How quickly can you go get more? What do you have to do to go get more if the initial number was good, but then this new thing pops up and you need more of that cash?
