Yeah.

So, I mean, first of all, so this is actually a really interesting thing about AI is that, so I've spoken in seven or eight, no, like eight different countries at this point and to thousands of people at different times.

And I always like to ask people, hey, everybody, you know, raise your hand if you've ever outsourced something.

And everybody, a lot of people in the audience will raise their hands.

And then I'd say, okay, now raise your hands if you've ever had a bad experience outsourcing something.

And 100% of the time that I've ever asked that question, more people raise their hands the second time.

And the way I look at it is what are the things I don't enjoy doing and how the hell do I get them off my plate so that I don't have to do it? Because that to me is the motivator of getting rid of stuff.

So first question, why do you think delegation is one of those things that we aren't just out-of-the-box good at? And then what goes into being-- like, what goes into effective delegation?

So, I mean, you nailed it right there.

It's just like, "Hey, I just wanna get this thing off my plate and get it done, and you deal with it." That's what most people do when they delegate.

They delegate annoying [beep].

That's really, like, what delegation is for most people.

And the problem is...

Well, there's a few problems with that.

So this is gonna sound really reductivist, [chuckles] but a lot of times people don't convey the outcome that they're trying to achieve.

So I'll give you a good example.

Actually, it's one of my favorite outsource... one of my f- favorite virtual assistant stories ever.

I was going to Canada from...

I lived in New York at the time.

I was going to Canada for the day to go to an event that I had to be at the event, I think, about 8:30 in the morning, and I'd, I'd go to this event somewhat regularly.

So we're hopelessly outnumbered, and people use email wrong.

It's one of several things in most people's lives where they were given access to it without actual instruction, right? You know, it takes seventeen seconds to set up a Gmail account one-- as a thirteen-year-old.

I think that's the minimum age, technically.

And then you're off to the races, and you're getting spam, and you're responding to people, and you're sending emojis, and you're, you know, and you're replying and threading and forward.

Like, nobody-- There's no email classes, certainly not at that age.

Maybe there are in college to some extent now, but i-it's, you know, it, it's literally be like giving somebody the keys to a car and saying, like, "Okay, see you in a few years," you know? That's what email is like.
