Talk me through your sparkling rosé process from start to finish, um, and how you think that actually is different from the other English sparklings out there.

Well, again, and similar to even Rosé Week in general, I think I knew very early on that I wanted to come have my own stamp on the English wine industry, not just with Rosé Week, but also with, with, uh, you know, a winemaking project and very early on, you know, I think, I think it was 2020 really, that I decided I wanted it to be, uh, meunier.
