Nicole EvansHOST
Do you want to share with the audience what you're going to be talking about? Well,

April KingGUEST
I will be talking about that body competency and just how important I think it is to teach it as soon as we have the opportunity to teach it, whether it's in our homes, in our schools or wherever the girls are actually wanting to move.

April KingGUEST
So that's the place to teach them how to squat and lunge and do all those things with really nice technique and form and understand the center of gravity.

April KingGUEST
So we've got to teach it in potentially our homes or our school environments and you know I have spoken to a few schools and I realised that once you reach sort of years 11 and 12 unless you choose physical activity or PE as a subject you may not be then actually moving your body so much even in the school environment so If that's happening, we've got to find ways to keep our girls moving in other facets.

Nicole EvansHOST
So as we come to close down today, is there anything that we haven't talked about that you think is important? We've covered a lot of ground, but I guess is there anything that you'd like to talk about that we haven't discussed?
