but every place i went to i managed to find success in it but i also found managed to find failure and i think the difference with me was i had failed more times than i'd be successful i think they talk about michael jordan he took so many free throws and he only made like 12 of them you know i was on a world tour for 15 years and i and i won a load of world titles but i didn't win every race i didn't win every opportunity i was um you know i was more unsuccessful and more successful and I think the beauty of myself now is that I've got the capacity and the audacity to be able to sit there and look at myself.

Every day I do this, every morning, and I'm quite a spiritual person.

We're not here to talk about those sort of things, but my challenges myself not with everybody else and if I can find the right people that suit me and suit my business moving forward then we'll be successful but though that does run its course and we are humans things change you know the world changes it gets the seasons change everything moves along and you need to be responsible enough if it's your business to be able to make those decisions and I see so many people making hiring mistakes thinking one they can do it themselves two you know I meet people all the time they go I've I've I've been doing the recruitment for my company for two years.
