What's your impression of some of the tools that you see out there, and maybe what people are missing?

Really exciting topic.

Um, [laughs] I wrote a small blog post about it, but, um, yeah, overall, my impression is that it's currently something that's getting pushed down from the top.

Uh, very often you get some kind of higher management who've read about AI and didn't particularly understand it very well or what it's capable or not capable of, and then just obviously hoping that, uh, introduction of AI tools is gonna allow them to, uh, reduce the amount of workforce, right? And, uh, um, but, uh, then giving that, uh, those tools to engineers and then basically asking them to use it, whoever, is, uh, very little understanding in terms of what the capabilities are.

And, uh, like, um, uh, very often it takes more time to set up the AI to do it, to, to, for it to work properly than to do the actual thing and just, you know, complete the layout or complete the schematic.

Um, so there are tools out there.

Uh, unlike two years ago when there were none, or they were very, very rare.
