So in a nutshell, I grew up in a pretty abusive environment.

My mother was emotionally and mentally abusive, and my father could be physically abusive.

We had a lot of very toxic people that were allowed in our home through my parents.

at 17 i attempted suicide for the first and only time but that kind of started what who ultimately became a better part of 20 25 years worth of suicidal ideation then somehow managed to get in the military and a lot of those negative coping mechanisms that i had developed to make through my childhood was really good for the military but really bad for the civilian world so i did very well in the military i excelled hit hit pretty much every promotion as soon as you possibly could But then it was time, and I went to Iraq in 2004, and that was one of the most intense wars of any war since Vietnam.
