10:31
...
10:31
I get there.
10:32
But Brent did a awesome job with the, uh, to bring up to know, like, the language around performance, and what he was really discovering is that, um, you know, are you trying to perform for your woman or are you trying to be there for her? And that what was the problem with most men is like they try to like, "Hey, I wanna perform for her.
10:54
I wanna make sure I'm ready for her." Not realizing like it's twofold.
10:59
Like you gotta, you gotta make it work and have that communication and understanding, and both parties have to really make sure that they are, I guess you could say, um, not body shaming, but also not sexually shaming, uh, each other.
11:17
Because they understand, like, things happen.

14:55
You know, all of your energy into it, you know?
EveHOST
7:40
Do you remember that episode?
7:42
Oh, that was actually one of my favorite episodes.
7:44
Um, mostly because for me, as I'd gotten into photography, um, and learning the different aspects of be- of the people that are being in front of the camera, realizing that a lot of people are actually shy in front of the camera.
7:57
And I was even thinking about myself and looking at some old photos of myself, my modeling days, and realizing, like, "Man, what it would be to get back to that?" And that was one of the discussions y'all were talking about, was, uh, body...
8:11
Not body shaming, but actually body acceptance of, you know, granted, uh, I think she mentioned one of her clients and, like, her belly being shown in some of the photos.
8:21
But really understanding like, hey, this is your body.
8:24
This is you.

But you could have had a question for years and haven't been able to figure it out because you're not tapping into your own intuition, which is what they were trying to say, that people are not tapping into their own intuition, so they're not clear about the answers that they seek.
13:31
Now, can you, like, suggest, like, a simple habit for someone who wants to build, like, a stronger financial
13:48
OK, so if I'm understanding correctly, you just want like what are some habits to kind of help people? I guess a tip really just to kind of get somebody started.
13:58
Yeah.
13:59
So, OK, so this is what helped me out.
14:04
And the reason why I'm saying what helped me out is because everybody's financial situation is a little different.
14:10
And the same thing when you follow a fitness person.
14:14
Depending on the results that you want or depending on what rules that you want to follow, what habits that you want to do to kind of achieve those same results.
18:06
How can someone grow financially without burning out in this current season? Like, what role does risk play in long-term financial success?
42:20
Anthony, you're nodding your head.
42:22
Yeah.
42:22
And I was going through that, thinking about it growing up in impoverished environment, and really it would've been nice to even know about how to invest or even know where to begin.
42:33
So it would've been great to even know that I could even put away $10, like $5 even if I could find $5 to think about investing.
42:42
But it really depends on, you know, the neighborhood that you're in and also the mindset and the knowledge and the access.
42:48
And so if you're- Coming up and you didn't know about it or nobody's around you and your circle is talking about it, it's just kind of how do you get to that knowledge? And I'm thinking that by finding people that can actually introduce a podcast such as this, and really trying to introduce that little nugget that they can actually start investing.
43:07
And like, like, "Hey, it's so simple.

How do you teach that money is a tool and not your identity? For some people on one side, like you and I, that it is a tool and we should be using it, but on the other side it doesn't have to control everything.
