So May of this year, we were acquired by a parent company called Constellation Software out of the Netherlands, approximately a $10 billion company.

And we are the first U.S. acquisition that they've done.

The company that subsidiary there is TSS is who actually did the acquisition.

For us, it's not a private equity, so we will never be resold again.
